Monjayaki is a local food that originated in Tokyo, where wheat flour mixed with water is grilled on a griddle and mixed with ingredients such as vegetables, seafood, and meat. Use a griddle and a spatula to scoop out the dough little by little and brown it as you eat. There are nearly 80 Monjayaki restaurants in Tsukishima, but this is the only one that offers gluten-free Monjayaki.
We also eat gluten-free okonomiyaki made with rice flour.

“Gluten-free salt” uses brown rice noodles, and both the soup and ingredients are gluten-free. Normally, it is boiled in the same pot as the wheat noodles, but if you wish, the noodles can be boiled separately from wheat noodles.
Other menu items are not gluten-free, but it is possible to change the noodles to gluten-free noodles. There are also vegan menu.
